Does it cost anything to get an offer?

Do I have to clean out the house or make repairs?
No. Take what you want and leave the rest. We buy the house in its current condition.
How do you decide on a price?
We look at what similar homes nearby have sold for, then subtract what it will realistically cost to bring the house up to that standard. We'll walk you through the numbers.
The house is part of an estate. Can you still buy it?
Yes. We work with executors, administrators and their attorneys. Closing happens once the executor has authority to sell, and we can be flexible on timing.
How fast can you close?
It depends on the title work and on your schedule. You choose the date, and we'll tell you up front what our contract depends on.
